STOCKTON, Calif., March 7, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Employees and volunteers from Windsor Elmhaven Care Center, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Stockton, California, teamed up with a dozen local businesses to show their appreciation for the San Joaquin County First Responders. They provided a complimentary breakfast and gifts, accompanied by musical entertainment.
The First Responder Appreciation Breakfast was the brainchild of Elise Sanghera, the Director of Business Development at Windsor Elmhaven Care Center. "We are all extremely grateful to our first responders for putting their lives on the line daily, and for protecting us and our community," says Sanghera. "It's important to be part of a community, and to show that community support."
Over 60 paramedics, EMTs, firemen, policemen, and members of the CHP and local sheriff attended the event.
